Your new company Our client is recruiting for a Billing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The organisation offers hybrid working of 2 days per week in office/3 days from home and the offices are based in Glasgow city centre (can be easily accessed by public transport). Your new role Reporting to the Team Leader and working as part of a team 7, the Billing Assistant will take ownership for a range of billing tasks. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to; Ensuring all billing information is accurate Processing invoices Processing credit notes Handling all billing queries via telephone and email Inbox management Working across multiple systems All associated administration What you'll need to succeed You will have proven, successful billing experience, ideally (but not essentially) from a professional services environment. Experience of the IT package '3e' is especially advantageous but training will be provided. You will have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your workload. You will be a professional communicator (both verbal) and written as you will communicate with colleagues and clients daily.
