About JAAQ
JAAQ (Just Ask A Question) will touch the lives of more than 1 billion people by 2028 through its innovative short form video Q&A platforms.
JAAQ.Org is a free platform for the world to instantly find answers to the questions people care about most. More than 170+ conversations and 20,000 answers on everything from mental health to neurodiversity to addiction to parenting & fertility, and much more. Our community of expert contributors range from world-leading Doctors and clinicians to those with lived experience, including celebrities like Davina McCall and sports stars like Paul Merson.
JAAQ Junior, launching in early 2025, is our free platform for children aged 8-13 to access relevant child-friendly information on all of the topics mentioned for JAAQ.Org as well as specific topics around puberty, moving schools, parent divorce and more, but created by children aged 8-13.
JAAQ At Work encompasses both of the above, but with an additional 50+ conversations focused on workplace health issues, as well as information and scalable support for line managers, for HR & People teams, and much more. The platform is highly customisable for organisations and the data enrichment has shown to reduce mental health absences in NatWest Bank by 6.9% in the first year. The revenue generated from JAAQ At Work is what funds the growth of the free platforms for the world.
We’re a rapidly evolving organisation with a high performing mentality, and a culture underpinned by ‘human first’ values which shines above and beyond everything.
The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for another ambitious and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic commercial team at JAAQ At Work.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the full 360 sales process as well as working alongside key partners/intermediaries. You’ll be a product expert; JAAQ At Work integrates with all and any other health benefits in place for employees, and understanding that is crucial. Most importantly, you’re able to have meaningful conversations with a curious mindset and build trust through authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Our mindset is not to rely on inbound leads - You won’t be shy in rolling up your sleeves to stay proactive in targeted lead generation campaigns.
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to contract signature, using sales methodology such as MEDDPICC in a human-first way to qualify and lead opportunities through a pipeline.
* KPIs: Own your KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our ICP, those connected to them, and influencers in those circles. Attend/organise networking events, conferences, and relevant industry meetings. We’re keen to support our people to be proactive on socials to build your own brand, too.
* Product Knowledge: Become an expert in the product - How it integrates, the clinical validity, the impact & outcome stats, and more, and continually staying up to date to provide insightful demos to clients regularly.
* Team Collaboration: You will work very closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - As well as working closely with the creative team on requests for the commercial department and the wider organisation whenever needed.
* Reporting: We use Hubspot and with various automations, it makes keeping records on all sales activity very easy. You will however be naturally highly organised and keep all Hubspot data up to date for our weekly internal meetings.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales specifically, preferably within the HR/mental health industries.
* Proactive & ‘always learning’ attitude: A self-starter with a learning mindset. Someone who wants to be coached, but is a natural problem solver today.
* Empathy: A passion for mental health/neurodiversity, with the ability to connect with people on a human level.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and sales integrations (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
* Resilience: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, get stuck in, and share the losses/celebrate the wins as a team.
Benefits
* Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Bupa Health Insurance
* PureGym Membership
* Regular team social events and an inclusive, supportive culture
