What You’ll Own Lead point of contact for Change Readiness within UK Operations Provide UK Operations representation across project working groups Coordinate and facilitate change review meetings keeping leaders informed Engage and motivate our colleagues around change. Maintain a calendar of approved and agreed upon change/releases. Works with all parties to resolve change related scheduling conflicts according to established practices Laser focused on great customer experiences through effective journey management Work cross functionally building great, authentic relationships ensuring the greater team’s success Where you’ll own it You’ll own it in our buzzing Gateshead hub.
