About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with minimal supervision.
* Handle a variety of matters, including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds.
* Conduct title checks and raise relevant enquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.
* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
* Maintain accurate case files in accordance with firm procedures and legal standards.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth progression of cases.
* Stay updated with changes in residential property law and best practices.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC (5+ PQE preferred).
* Proven experience in residential property law, with the ability to independently manage a full caseload.
* MUST be able to conduct title checks efficiently and accurately.
* Ability to handle a caseload without requiring excessive supervision.
* Strong communication and client care skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
* Ideally, experience working in a less high-volume environment where quality is prioritized over quantity.
