You'll be providing support to the Manager in terms of service delivery, service management and development, policy advice and formulation and resource management.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out the Council's responsibilities under the Housing Act and other relevant legislation
• Implementing the full range of Private Sector Housing provisions
• To assess and process referrals and applications for Disabled Facilities Grants
