The Guinness Open Gate Brewery London (GOGBL) is creating a new Guinness neighbourhood in London that will showcase brewing, food, retail, and culture. Covering 52,000 square feet of heritage buildings and a central courtyard in Covent Garden, GOGBL aims to be a key growth driver for Guinness, engaging a new generation of drinkers and enhancing brand relevance and saliency. Guinness has experienced outstanding growth, increasing by around 50% since 2019, reaching historic highs in value, volume, and market share in its 264-year history.

* Iconic Guinness Gates as the main entrance, offering cultural impact in London.
* Restaurants, Taproom, and bars serving outstanding food and beer.
* An all-weather historic courtyard with a top-tier bar experience.
* Retail spaces including collaborations with brands.
* A rooftop glass box for dining and drinking with views of London.
* Brewery and beer tasting tours.
* A cultural events space equipped for meetings and conferences.
Your Responsibilities:
* Managing the website backend, including deploying tickets, experiences, and content updates.
* Executing and reporting on CRM campaigns for GOGBL.
* Supporting paid media campaigns with the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager.
* Providing insights and reports for all online channels, updating the team regularly.
* Collaborating with the Events & Reservations team, sharing consumer behavior and booking insights.
Key Team Members
The role reports to the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager within the Sales & Marketing team. You will work closely with the wider Diageo teams, including Data & Technology, Legal, Media, and CRM.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Deep understanding of CRM, including email campaigns.
* Experience with Google and Meta ad platforms.
* Hands-on experience with email creation and CMS.
* Ability to communicate digital concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Passion for creating seamless multi-channel online consumer experiences.
* Skills in data analysis and storytelling.
* Understanding of responsible marketing and GDPR compliance.
* Experience working with brands with a distinct tone of voice.
* Experience with ticketing systems (preferred but not essential).
