Applications are invited for the post of User Experience Coordinator in the Customer Services Team of the Library.
The hours of work are 21 hours per week, worked in a regular pattern within the core times of Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. There is an opportunity for flexibility in when and how the hours are worked, however, a regular working pattern will be agreed based on the needs of the service. On rare occasions, work outside of these hours may be required, which may include some evenings/weekends by prior agreement. This is a campus-based role with limited opportunities for home working.
You will support the team in the delivery of an efficient and effective customer-focused library service. Overseeing both frontline and digital enquiry services, the post-holder will be a proactive problem solver, taking responsibility in a range of situations as they arise. You will need to demonstrate strong delegation and organisational skills, with an interest in managing and motivating teams.
Candidates will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
