An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded and growing law firm within their Corporate and Commercial team. This role offers the chance to provide vital support to fee earners in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general secretarial support, including file management and document preparation.
* Assisting with client onboarding processes.
* Typing up digital dictations.
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
* Handling electronic filing and archiving.
* Producing legal documents, including formatting and cross-referencing.
* Processing invoices and liaising with the Accounts team regarding financial queries.
* Responding to client enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior legal secretarial experience or a strong interest in law, as well as:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong typing skills and familiarity with digital dictation (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* A high standard of client service and professionalism.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
