Start Date: After February half term Location: Lancaster (LA1) Position: Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) Competitive Pay Rates: £12.90-£14 per hour (PAYE) Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide tailored assistance to pupils, including small group work and one-on-one support. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Assist with classroom preparation and organization to ensure smooth daily operations. What We’re Looking For: A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils is desirable. A proactive, adaptable, and caring individual who works well as part of a team.
