About The Role
Atlas is looking for a Fleet Administrator to support the efficient management of our fleet operations. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while optimising fleet performance.
You will work closely with Atlas’ Fleet Manager, acting as a key point of contact for fleet-related matters. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate fleet records, managing vehicle compliance, liaising with insurers, and supporting cost control initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Maintaining and managing the fleet asset list, ensuring data accuracy.
2. Overseeing vehicle compliance, including tax, MOT, insurance, and servicing schedules.
3. Managing penalty charge notices and notices of intended prosecution.
4. Monitoring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
5. Keeping up-to-date records of driver details, licences, and training requirements.
6. Assisting with fleet policy development and process improvements.
7. Supporting vehicle procurement, leasing, and disposals.
8. Liaising with insurers and managing claims and risk processes.
9. Overseeing maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and control costs.
10. Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D benefit-in-kind forms.
11. Acting as the main point of contact for internal departments on fleet-related queries.
About You
All you need is:
1. A Full UK Driving Licence.
2. Administrative experience within a regulated environment.
3. Experience in fleet card management and penalty charge notice (PCN) administration.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
5. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
7. Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
8. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
9. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively as part of a team.
10. A professional, discreet, and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
Desirable skills and experience:
1. Previous experience managing a fleet of 500+ vehicles.
2. Knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications.
3. Understanding of environmental and sustainability aspects related to fleet management.
