Gooey Digital is seeking a Paid Media Executive/Account Manager to join our friendly team located in Canterbury, Kent.
The role offers a flexible/hybrid office and home working environment, with 2 days per week in the office and the opportunity to go onto a four-day week after a year with the company.
The successful candidate should have a good basic understanding of Paid Media marketing campaigns, predominantly across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Microsoft Ads. They will be able to write compelling ads and understand how creative impacts the success of campaigns. We are also looking for someone who is confident and happy to engage with clients, attend meetings and be a part of the account management process. Please note, we do not expect a junior candidate to have experience in this area, we would just like you to be happy to learn!
There will be the opportunity to learn other aspects of marketing (including Social Media & SEO) to support in a wider understanding of digital marketing, although these aren’t a core requirement for the role.
We provide our clients with exceptional digital marketing services that encompass Paid Media, SEO, Social Media and Content Creation, and the successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. To manage our client’s pay per click campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads - under the direction of the Paid Media Marketing Manager.
2. Undertake A/B testing to identify relevant and strong keyword searches in order to optimise campaign success.
3. Creating targeted campaigns including writing copy and testing landing pages.
4. Working with internal and external stakeholders to define integrated marketing campaigns across Paid Media, SEO and Social Media.
5. Provide regular reports on performance metrics and related insights.
6. Analyse, monitor and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns to the Paid Media Marketing Manager.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
1. Educational Requirements – Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2. A solid foundation and understanding of paid media marketing, whether theoretical or practical.
3. Preferred knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms, software and tools.
4. Strong analytical ability and experience in working with a variety of data sources.
