Are you a dynamic, results-driven salesperson with a passion for providing high-quality solutions? We're looking for a motivated and energetic Salesperson to join our client's team and play a key role in expanding their market presence by delivering exceptional plastic packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries.

With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of printed and unprinted flexible packaging, our client is a trusted leader in producing high-quality plastic bags, sheets, and film. As a privately owned and operated business, they have the ability to swiftly adapt to changing production needs and market trends. Their commitment to continuous investment in both technology and innovation ensures long-term growth, not just for their company, but for the success of their customers as well.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Provide expert advice on the product range, from retail to industrial applications
* Negotiate and close sales deals
* Meet and exceed sales targets
This is a full-time, permanent position: Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm based in Burnside. As part of this role, you can expect to travel approximately one week per month.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A passion for customer service and building lasting relationships
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive approach to meeting customer needs and driving sales growth
Package comprises of:
* $100K base salary (negotiable)
* Un-capped commission structure (approximately $18-60K annually)
* Company car, phone and laptop
