This is a new role, created to ensure the Trust is efficient and professional in its approach to governance administration, and to liberate much-needed capacity in the CEO and Director of Finance and Operations to focus on achieving our strategic goals and building organisational resilience.

Governance Officer and Executive Assistant to CEO
Reports to: CEO
Salary: £28,000 per annum (FTE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday (30 hours will be considered)
Based at: Elm Tree Court, Devizes
This role will carry significant responsibility for keeping track of and fulfilling statutory governance requirements and you will need to feel comfortable with professionally representing the CEO verbally and in writing, and operating with total discretion when handling sensitive information, always maintaining confidentiality.
