Product Sales Manager – Machine Tooling
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the machine tooling market.
2. Negotiate variation prices.
3. Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the machine tooling sector.
5. Attend sales meetings.
6. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product line and its applications.
7. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our machine tooling solutions.
8. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior management, using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
9. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
10. Maintain customer relationship management.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Product Sales Manager or similar role in machine tooling or a related field.
2. Strong technical knowledge of machine tooling products and manufacturing processes is highly advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.
4. Experience with hydraulics or mechanical engineering is beneficial.
5. Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
7. A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
