More detail about the role An excellent opportunity has arisen within Business Intelligence for an enthusiastic Information Analyst to support the delivery of information analysis and business intelligence solutions. This role will be suited to a self-motivated and talented individual that has experience of working with data and who is dedicated to working as part of an effective and ambitious informatics team. The post holder will be part of the Specialist/Unplanned Pillar that supports the implementation and development of Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enable and deliver the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's performance monitoring and information reporting requirements. This will include production of regular and statutory reports and ad-hoc information requests for hospital management and clinical teams within the Trust, and external bodies such as NHS England. Business Intelligence work closely with Clinical and Managerial staff from a variety of areas within the organisation to gain a better understanding of the Trusts performance and to support the delivery of the Trusts key objectives. The position will require a good understanding of analytical and technical techniques that can be applied to Healthcare information, and offers a proactive and motivated candidate the chance to expand current proficiencies and develop new skills within a changing and challenging environment. This position can be based in Devonshire House, Barnstaple or Newcourt House, Exeter with a requirement to work in the office at least 3 days a week. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.
