Corporate NQ
Cambridge – £80,000
Our client is seeking a Corporate NQ with experience in investment funds or a strong interest in this area, supported by relevant seats taken during your training contract. The candidate will be expected to sit in London and Cambridge offices. The investment funds lawyers are the architects behind innovative fund structures, the strategists advising on fund terms, and the guardians of compliance and governance.
Buy and sell one of your 5 weeks annual leave a year, an enhanced maternity and paternity pay as well as equal bonuses based on the firm performances (last year that was £2,300), on top of your own individual performance salary. Enjoy a 50% work from home policy and flexible working hours.
The practice specialises in investment funds, assisting a diverse range of clients—including firms, government departments, charities, and universities—in establishing, managing, and investing in various fund structures. We offer comprehensive support from setting up innovative fund structures to providing strategic advice and regulatory compliance. Our expertise spans venture capital, DeepTech cleantech, high-tech industries, environmental impact, and charitable investments. Candidate Requirements
1. Relevant experience during training contract (candidates with experience in corporate, funds and finance are encouraged to apply)
2. Self-motivated and willingness to learn directly from the Partner of the team
3. Good academics
4. Ability to travel to London and Cambridge offices
5. Must be an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
