Salary and benefits: £23,000 plus excellent benefits.
Contract length: Permanent, Full time.

We have an exciting opportunity for those with customer service experience gained within the travel sector, to join a leading online Tour Operator based in Chester as a Land Operations Executive. Successful candidates will use their exceptional communication skills and personal service to build rapport with customers to resolve in-resort queries effectively to maximise future repeat custom.

Role of Land Operations Executive:
1. Manage and resolve customer queries, primarily land queries.
2. Prioritise and action emails effectively.
3. Action daily booking queues.
4. Chase relevant suppliers for documentation/confirmation.
5. Check and update documentation for specialist bookings.
6. Effectively manage and resolve escalated issues.
7. Crisis situations support.
8. Fulfil any critical support as directed by Manager.
9. Handle incoming calls from Agents regarding documentation and admin queries.
10. Investigate booking anomalies and irregularities.
11. Ensure telephone enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements.
Skills required for the role:
1. Customer Service Experience in a fast-paced travel agency or tour operations environment.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Skilful with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel).
4. Great attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload efficiently to tight deadlines.
6. Experience in dealing with conflict resolution.
7. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
8. A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
