Job Summary
Applications are invited for enthusiastic and motivated person to join the CT area of the Radiology department. Rotating between Hull Royal Infirmary, Castle Hill Hospital and the Community Diagnostic Centre currently being constructed in the town centre of Hull.
We are looking for a friendly team member who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and work using own initiative. The support worker is primarily to help the Radiographers and Radiologists in delivering a high quality service. Previous experience of dealing with the general public is essential.
Main duties of the job
This role will involve working evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility in working patterns is required and the ability to multi-task. The role may involve working within the different areas of Radiology in addition to the main base of the CT department.
Applicants must have a good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent. An understanding and working knowledge of computer systems is essential.
