YOUR ROLE
Our unique operation based in Daventry are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager dedicated to a specific account where you will drive contractual success through operational efficiencies and customer service excellence.
This onsite role will see you working Monday to Friday and we require someone who can be flexible with starting times which will rotate from 9am-5:30pm and 8:30am-5pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Contract Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will promptly address queries and issues, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
You will complete all administrative tasks efficiently, producing reports as requested by the client and Contract Manager. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to LEAN requirements.
You will maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and tidiness throughout the working environment and develop and maintain close working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful operational performance.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management or contact management, ideally within the supply chain and logistics sector. You will be customer-driven with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. You will have strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and be a natural communicator who thrives on building strong relationships across different teams.
You will be IT literate and be able to use MS based programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
