We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of current online marketing strategies and best practices to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid channels, email marketing and the website.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice and goals.
* Social Media Video Creation: Film and edit video content for our social channels using Premier Pro. Bring fresh new ideas and latest industry trends to create engaging content.
* SEO & SEM: Optimise website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Support paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
* Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.
* Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and sales outreach. Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, Creative team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
* Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform digital marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Must-have skills and qualifications:
* At least 2-3 years experience from a creative agency or in-house position on managing social media channels and campaign performance.
* Demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate social media engagement metrics.
* Outstanding proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Sound knowledge and interest in social media with an understanding of the latest trends.
* A passion for video creation and editing.
* An effective communicator - through your excellent writing skills and ability to collaborate.
* Can confidently work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
* Knowledge of core digital marketing concepts, including paid advertising and web analytics.
The ‘great-to-have but not essential’:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
* Hands-on experience with a social media management platform (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
* Experience with task management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
* Experience of video editing using Premier Pro.
* Experience engaging multiple audiences in social media channels.
* Experience working in the tech or professional services industry.
