We have recently partnered with one of the leading global digital financial services company in the world. They are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and distribution of content to drive awareness & leads for new customer acquisition. You will support on the build and management of the Content engine that delivers growth and leads. Role : Lead the development of content across multiple formats (blogs, webpages, case studies, infographics, video scripts, tutorials, white papers and e-books.) Edit, proofread and improve writers’ / agency developed content/posts Collaborate with marketing and design teams, both internally and via agencies, to plan and develop site content, style and layout. Manage internal and external meetings for all things Content. Establish and maintain content ways of working from pitch to production to placement to performance Manage of the six-figure content marketing budget. Oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses relevant channels, governance framework, and performance metrics/reporting to align with Company objectives. Implement measurement systems and reports that measure, manage, and optimize to global leadership teams, key stakeholders and the wider marketing team. Requirements: A solid 5 years experience in Content Marketing Must have fintech/payment industry experience. Track record of writing your own content as well as managing external marketing and communication agencies. Strategically minded with a hands-on approach is a must for this Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics Experience working as a team player and able to work closely with various local, regional and global teams. Ability to navigate and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Demonstrated ability to use metrics and KPIs to drive business and marketing decisions Ability to present at leadership level and inspire a team
