Main Responsibilities
What you'll do:
1. Manage internal compliance processes across Hard & Soft FM, ensuring contractual and legal adherence.
2. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
3. Oversee the production of key reports, including monthly performance, KPI, and board reports.
4. Lead the validation process with the Trust’s Contract Performance Manager to ensure service compliance and avoid penalties.
5. Conduct compliance audits, safety walks, and maintain accurate performance tracking systems.
6. Work with operational teams to maintain contract compliance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
7. Oversee the Helpdesk and Monitoring teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and service tracking.
8. Assist with corporate training initiatives and system integration to enhance workforce capability.
9. Ensure accurate system data management and optimise the use of technology for automation and process improvement.
10. Act as part of the Senior Management Team, providing leadership in escalations, business continuity planning (BCP), and policy development.

3. Confident and adept communicator with the ability to challenge and operate effectively at all levels.
4. Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
5. Ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve performance or reduce costs.
6. Customer service focused.
7. Thorough understanding of CAFM system.
