Job summary Following a management restructure we are looking to recruit to a new post of Operations Manager. We are looking for a person with experience of primary care management to lead a team of receptionists and administrators to support the Practice Manager with all aspects of patient facing services and Commissioned Services. Main duties of the job To provide general support to the practice manager, doctors and other healthcare professionals and provide continuity in the absence of the Practice Manager. To provide support to the Practice Manager with management of the practices operational functions with particular emphasis on patient facing services. Maintain registration policies and manage New Patient Registration procedures Oversee repeat prescribing systems. To act as the first point of contact for patient feedback and complaints, resolving them informally where possible and formally where required. Ensure reporting of complaints in line with national requirements.
