About the role:
In this IT Systems Administrator role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our IT infrastructure and provide exceptional front-line support to our staff to ensure smooth business operations.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
1. Provide timely and efficient first-line technical support for all staff, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity; maintain AV equipment and educate staff on IT best practices.
2. Administer software updates, propose enhancements, and implement integrations across systems to streamline operations.
3. Maintain workstations and networks, manage user accounts and access rights, and ensure data integrity through effective backup systems.
4. Assist with network configuration and management, monitor security tools, and conduct regular audits to uphold compliance.
5. Work closely with the Management Team to drive IT strategies, facilitate onboarding for new employees, and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
About You:
You will be a dedicated IT professional with at least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within professional services. You should have a solid understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking protocols. A strong focus on security best practices is essential. You'll need great problem-solving skills and will excel in communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences. You should be detail-oriented and work well under pressure.
