Corporate Receptionist - Cheadle - Temporary (Immediate Start)
Location: Cheadle
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: £16.15p/h Via Umbrella
A World Leading Service Provider who operates on an International scale is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist based in the Cheadle area working at a large corporate office site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client-facing and have good experience working in a FOH environment, preferably with a facilities background.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming all staff and visitors and acting as host to create excellent relationships with customers (making refreshments as required).
2. Arranging all business lunches, conference room bookings, and conference calls dial-in.
3. Ensuring the front of house is kept tidy and conducting regular checks of visitor washrooms.
4. Managing all incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and couriers.
5. Welcoming delivery drivers and couriers.
6. Signing for parcels and placing them in the post room for recipients to collect (keeping records).
7. Keeping the telephone listings up to date at all times and liaising daily with the Service Centre to ensure the telephone and contract lists are current.
8. Answering internal calls only.
9. Performing administration duties for the Service Centre and the Finance Teams (or any other department upon the request of your manager).
10. Keeping all Front of House literature up to date and tidy.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Customer Service and Front of House experience is required.
2. Excellent communication (face to face, telephone, and written).
3. Well presented with excellent attention to detail.
4. Extremely organized individual.
