Setting up new tenancies, including processing references and tenancy documentation in accordance with this. Processing direct debits as well as collection of rents (including rental increases). Checking and sending off rental statements as well as managing rental arrears. Hand-holding landlords through rent recovery policies where needed. Processing deposit returns to tenants.
