Job Description
* Plan and coordinate crews to ensure works are carried out to standards in an efficient manner.
* Assist with any witness marks, marking out and pre-marking where required.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding contract-related matters at night.
* Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Ensure works are being delivered in a safe manner, carry out safety audits and ensure relevant training is provided.
* Carryout regular toolbox talks, give inductions and work briefs.
* Check and monitor works carried out meet or exceed WJ / client’s expectations
* Ensure eDRS are returned daily and have full and correct information
* Ensure reports are produced in a timely manner and sent to the relevant person
Qualifications
* Basic computer literacy, including email and eDRS.
* Organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* A strong understanding and working knowledge of site operations.
* SSSTS required however training can be arranged to obtain this.
