Position description:The Store Supervisors have an inviting presence in the stores,municate confidently and havemercial knowledge which enables them and the team to exceed allmercial targets. Their supervisors have ultimate responsibility and accountability for their team, their customers and their store results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and retain the best team.
2. Induct, coach and develop the store team.
3. Demonstrate the best-in-class customer service by building organic and long-lasting relationships with thepany's customers.
4. Drive sales by delivering amazing visual merchandising and retail standards.
5. Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, sharing with the team, our customers and feeding back into seasonal product reviews.
6. Identify opportunities to network in the local area to drive brand awareness and build business partnerships.
7. Manage all operational processes efficiently.
8. Taking full responsibility for their personal health and safety, that of the customers and the store team.
