Additionally, across the Northern Ireland region are multiple McCloskey manufacturing facilities and customer sites used for field-testing of prototype equipment. Reporting to the Head of MPP Global Marketing, this position is responsible for leading marketing efforts of the McCloskey International brand and product portfolio globally and is part of the MPP Global Marketing Team. Key to this role is delivering on-time new product launches, digital lead generation and increased customer loyalty across the lifecycle of our installed product base. To achieve this, you must have an understanding of the requirements and benefits of integrated campaigns and understand how different campaign elements, both traditional and digital, work together to reinforce each other and enhance results. All marketing activities will be in support of global marketing and branding programs to build on the success of McCloskey and grow its market share. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: Act as a member of the McCloskey leadership team to drive success Develops brands strategic marketing plan, identifying budget requirements and creative approaches, and accountable to meet targets, deliver on-time and on-budget Coordinates the development of high quality, consistent and customer-focused marketing campaigns, collateral and digital assets. Deliver successful product launches by liaisons with product management, engineering, sales and business unit head. Manage McCloskey International brand equity and positioning Manage planning, creation and distribution of all product photography, video including case studies, digital content Manage B2B publications and other traditional marketing channels Implement a content marketing strategy across digital channels, including but not limited to: social media, website, digital advertising, geotargeting, and email campaigning. Lead and implement website development strategy (UX + content) Oversee and implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, promote brand loyalty and generate leads Analyze and deliver regular reporting of digital performance and ROI Identify trends and insights in the digital marketing industry Work with Head of Marketing on trade show objectives, brand/ messaging, lead capture and ROI planning. Strengthen brands public relations and communications internally and externally Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts Provide marketing support to the sales teams and dealers Drive selected marketing development projects across all MPP Group brands Budget management WORKING WITH THE TEAM Teamwork is an integral part of our work environment, with cross-functional expertise shared to achieve our business goals. Provides marketing insight and expertise to the McCloskey International sales team in support of business objectives. Develops and maintains good relationships with dealers, partners, and suppliers. Recommends trending or innovative practices, processes and procedures for the complete global Marketing team. Complete any special projects as required. May be assigned to other areas of the business, based on business or customer requirements. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You have built your career on several levels. Here are few things that are important to us. Degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, public relations or business, focus in digital marketing a plus 5+ years related experience in marketing, sales, product management or related field. B2B experience in heavy equipment is preferred, as is experience working for a global brand. Proficient in using CRM (Hubspot), Website CMS, marketing automation tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) and digital analytical tracking tools Knowledge of AI use in marketing a plus. Strong trade show and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle unexpected challenges that may arise during trade show planning. The ability to multi-task and be nimble to changing priorities Demonstrated experience developing and measuring high impact marketing programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills; with ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with the leadership team and colleagues across business units within the global organization Must be able to plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
