Service Manager - supported living and outreach services. Folkestone We are currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to oversee and manage a team of Support Workers in supported living and outreach services Folkestone. Your role will be to ensure that quality services are delivered in a person centred way that promotes dignity and respect, choice, inclusion and equality for people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and any other person with a qualifying support need. This role is a key part of the business and is critical in ensuring that services are safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. As the Service Manager you will be involved in assessing and managing referrals to ensure that suitable placements are offered and support outcomes met as well as staff management. This role of Service Manager is critical in ensuring that services are safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. The role involves developing and maintaining a culture of outcome focused support, planning staff rotas to ensure that all assessed needs are met and support provided in the right way by the right staff. The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management desired or you must be willing to work towards. It is s essential that you are a driver as you will be required to do some travel between sites. A Phone and Laptop provided. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within social care is required. A salary of £30,000 is offered for the role of Service Manager.
