As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Sales and Field Technician Teams, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The primary focus of this position is in operational support, asset management, data management, and assisting in team coordination.
A full time offer may be made to candidates based on their performance. The full time role includes full benefits including healthcare and 401k.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations Support: Sales and field technician asset management, CRM and process documentation, and operations support.
2. Entrepreneurial Approach: Thinks constantly about ways to streamline and enhance sales and field operations workflows.
3. Communication: Must provide exceptional communication to all stakeholders—TheBulletin.io team, partners, and vendors. Return emails, phone calls, and text messages within the same work day with a fresh, friendly tone.
Qualifications:
1. 25+ hours Monday – Friday.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Technologically inclined.
4. Proficiency with the Google Suite.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Education focused in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
