About the role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to guide young learners in these formative years, sparking curiosity, instilling essential skills, and supporting their unique journeys. We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated teacher who can plan and deliver engaging lessons that nurture the love of learning in children. You’ll work collaboratively with a team of talented educators who bring diverse perspectives and innovative ideas to the curriculum. With access to specialized resources, you’ll have the freedom to create memorable, hands-on learning experiences that resonate with each child’s curiosity and enthusiasm.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 is desirable but not essential for those with a clear passion for early education.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young learners and families from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to inclusive education, creating an environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, ensuring consistency in teaching approaches and student development.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and well-being.
• Engage with students beyond the classroom, supporting their holistic growth through play and exploration in our outdoor spaces.
