Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, gathering renewal dates and generating leads.
* Book qualified appointments for the sales team to maximise new business opportunities.
* Support business growth by prospecting and identifying new clients.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive appropriate and compliant insurance solutions.
* Build strong relationships with customers through professional and effective communication.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are logged.
* Work closely with the sales and business development teams to drive success.
* Ensure all activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
* Contribute to business strategy through ad-hoc projects and campaign support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a target-driven telesales or appointment setting role (preferred).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport.
* Knowledge of the insurance sector.
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
* Sales experience in small commercial sectors (e.g. trades, retail, hospitality).
