You will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting the success of the brand by working closely with the Business Development Team, building and maintaining client relationships, generating new leads and increasing engagement to accelerate sales and brand growth. Main Duties: Working with the BDM, generating outbound leads and identifying future partners. Account Management and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Identifying opportunities to increase and upsell existing orders where possible. Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks. Following up on warm leads and potential new clients. Processing incoming orders and payments on the internal CRM. Provide excellent, seamless customer service via telephone and ensure all data is recorded on the internal CRM. Advise and educate clients on products and promotions by becoming an expert on the brand and products. Reporting and escalating any challenges or complaints to management. About you… Have a positive and “can-do” attitude, a people person who is confident interacting with clients and colleagues. Previously worked in a fast-paced, similar sales-type role. Organised, proactive and can work on initiative. Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team. Reliable and trustworthy. Skills & Qualifications: NVQ level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy. 2 years’ experience within Customer Relations and/or Sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate and competent using Microsoft Office and various online database systems
