Contract Type: Fixed Term for 5-6 months
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm) 36.25hrs
About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organised Temporary Receptionist to join our clients busy solicitors' office. This role is ideal for someone with a warm, welcoming demeanor and strong administrative skills who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. As the first point of contact, you will represent the firm with exceptional client service while managing essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, data entry, typing out documents as required
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Requirements
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• High level of professionalism and customer service focus
