Introducer Support Team at Blue The Introducer Support team sits with Loan Originations at Blue, and their main function is to service and support the needs of our dealers, brokers and Area Sales Managers. We work closely with Underwriting and Payouts to offer a streamlined journey at the beginning of the loan process for our Customers. Overall purpose of the role The role is to support existing and new relationships with Introducers (Dealers and Brokers) and Blue Area Sales Managers by telephone and email. Advisers will research and evaluate new introducer setups and provide an ongoing review of our portfolio of dealers. Key responsibilities and accountabilities Respond to inbound and outbound telephone enquiries in a professional and respectable manner Process and respond to all inbound and outbound correspondence Onboard new dealers and brokers in line with our company policies Support the Introducer Oversight function by conducting annual and adhoc reviews To complete all ad hoc admin tasks as distributed by the Senior / Team Leader / Head of Department Build sustainable relationships with all other internal departments and field staff React to any procedure changes positively and proactively Contribute towards the team by working together to achieve the SLA requirements To present the company in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality Compliance and regulation Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Company’s compliance requirements (including the Financial Conduct Authority’s Conduct Rules) and act in accordance with the standards, instructions in, and the spirit of those requirements.
