Main responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm, friendly demeanour.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
Maintain a clean and organised reception and waiting area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide information about the company and its services to inquirers.
Manage check-ins and ensure security procedures are followed.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Salary: competitive based on market and professional experience
