Moreabout your role
The Catering andRetail Support Manager (CRSM) will be reporting to the AssistantHead of Catering and Retail (AHOCR) and will be responsible forsupporting all catering and retail operations across the country atan operational level. The CRSM will work closely with the AHOCR toexecute the catering and retail strategic plan, with a long-termfocus on driving profitability and improving the department'sperformance in terms of people and planet objectives. The CRSM willbuild strong working relationships with departments across varioussites, analyse site performance, and provide guidance and trainingto a team of catering and retail professionals across multiplelocations. The CRSM will also be responsible for planning andimplementing new store openings across the company's estate,including equipment and stock orders and training team memberswhere necessary. The CRSM is committed to supporting the company'sbroader finance, people, and planet objectives.

More about you
A strong historical career background in leadership roleswithin retail and catering business operations including Leisureand/or 'high street' branded operations.
Aholder of or the ability to apply without restriction, requiredlicences to fulfil the role e.g. Driving, Premises Licence(Alcohol), Food Safety Management. Able to travel to fulfil jobrole - expected 4 days out 5 travelling to sites.
