About the Role
LANXESS UK is seeking a passionate Sales & Biosecurity Advisor to manage and grow our market share across the North of England. Reporting to the Head of Sales Disinfection UK & Ireland, you’ll work with a range of customers, including integrators, distributors, and end users, to promote our innovative biosecurity solutions.
You’ll combine sales expertise with industry knowledge to educate and support customers in implementing LANXESS products, helping to build trusted partnerships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, including distributors and end users.
* Identify market developments and translate them into new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to stay ahead of competitors.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including CSR, Production, and Sales colleagues.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the industry, with a proven ability to build trust and offer technical support to a variety of customers.
What You’ll Bring:
* A background in sales or practical experience in a relevant industry, ideally within pigs or poultry.
* Knowledge of farming practices, biosecurity applications, and protocols.
* Confidence in building partnerships and offering technical solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
* Self-reliance, ownership, and responsibility for your work.
