Job Description
Our consultancy client is working with a large FS organisation who are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to manage the HR, Professional Services and BPO sourcing. The role will be focused on the sourcing of non-IT services across the client with a particular focus on HR and BPO.
The team you will be joining directly manages commercial deals in the billions annually, and you will be working strategically with the internal teams sitting within procurement, legal, and SME functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with external suppliers to deliver a high-quality product and service, minimizing risk and cost to the client.
2. Provide category knowledge and sourcing support to manage commercial negotiations with third parties.
3. Liaise with key business users to ensure favorable commercial terms.
4. Ensure end-to-end sourcing cycle visibility, creating line of sight on demand, cost, service, and risk.
You will have worked in a similar role for a larger FS/banking client previously, and the role has been deemed to be inside IR35.
You can work out of Northampton, Cheshire, or Glasgow and will need to be on site up to 3 days per week.
