Salary Up to £57,000 + performance bonus
We’re partnering with a leading financial services client in insurance to help them find an experienced People Consultant to join their newly restructured People Team Operating Model.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about driving people strategies and operational excellence in a forward-thinking organisation. The People Consultant will play a key role in shaping and supporting the people agenda, collaborating closely with the Strategic People Partner and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the design and implementation of the People Team Operating Model.
* Provide strategic guidance on people practices, organisational development, and employee engagement.
* Work closely with senior leadership to identify and address talent needs.
* Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure people initiatives are delivered effectively.
Location:
* Preference for Tunbridge Wells Office (Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office).
Who You Are:
* A strategic thinker with strong experience in People/HR consulting or similar roles.
* Experienced in working with leadership teams and driving organisational change.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and adaptable to evolving business needs.
* Knowledgeable in people development strategies and operational improvements.
