Responsibilities for the Group Transactional Manager will include: Team Leadership: Support and manage a team with the AP Manager and AR Manager to ensure smooth operations across multiple functions. Accounts Payable: Ensure timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices, cleansing of AP accounts, and provide reports to management. Handle queries from suppliers and the business. Accounts Receivable: Oversee the production and posting of sales invoices, manage aged WIP, and handle customer and business queries. Provide relevant reports to management. Credit Control: Chase outstanding payments, ensure cash is posted accurately, and manage customer accounts. Provide ageing reports and handle queries. Cash Postings: Ensure all cash transactions are posted accurately, reconcile company bank accounts daily, and clear suspense accounts promptly. Expenses: Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policy and ensure timely payment. Provide information for PSA returns to the Tax team. Projects & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Manage transaction-related projects and perform any reasonable duties as required. What we are looking for in our ideal Group Transactional Manager: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate) Background in AP, Cash, Billing, Credit Control or related field, understanding finance transactions Familiar with accounting software Experience in a busy office environment Strong numeracy, literacy, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal) Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently or in a team.
