Key Requirements:
1. Recent experience in application management.
2. Hands-on knowledge of APIs and CRM systems.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to design and deliver user training.
4. Experience in systems integration and testing.
5. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements to software applications.
6. ITIL v3 Foundation and/or Practitioner certification is desirable.
