Customer Service Coordinator

Your new role
All aspects of sales order processing include exports of industrial products, liaising with production, purchasing, and distribution. Dealing with telephone calls and emails.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Order processing including export orders and accompanying documentation
2. Respond to telephone and email enquiries
3. Investigate and complete all invoice queries for credit
4. Advise customers when delivery promises are compromised
5. Input sales prices, check and file for audit
6. Liaise with production as required to ensure commitments are fulfilled
7. Liaise with Haulier to ensure a product is delivered as promised
8. Liaise with Account Managers with regard to products and prices
9. Maintain price list and prices in SAP
10. Action POD request via customer portals
11. Record Service levels and KPI’s
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have worked in a customer service or sales administrative position within the FMCG industry.
