Van Mobile Plumber (Self Employed) - London
Location:Central London
Salary:£225 per day
Hours –Days Monday to Friday
My client are currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Plumber (Self Employed) looking after a Portfolio of High End Residential Complex sites located across Central London. As this is a self employed role you will be required to have you're own vehicle along with own tools. Day rate is £225 working Days Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible within reason
My client is holding interviews ASAP!!
Duties:
- Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
- Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
- Basin & Tap Changes
- General Building Service Maintenance
- Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
- Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
- Ensuring full compliance & Health and Safety are being met
- Provide a positive working environment
Requirements:
- Previous reactive plumbing maintenance experience - 2 years plus
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience.
- Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
- Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
- Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
- Own tools.
- Clear DBS.
Package:
- £225 per day base salary, dependent upon experience
- Comprehensive initial training program
- Uncapped earnings
- Out of hours call outs – £70 per hour for the first hour and £45 per hour thereafter.
