We are a fast-moving tech startup with a dynamic team and a bold vision. Our CEO is looking for a Strategic Projects Manager to be a trusted partner in executing key initiatives across the company and the CEO’s family office. This role is perfect for someone with startup experience, a “get it done” mindset, and the ability to seamlessly balance strategy with hands-on execution.
About the Role
This is not just a coordination role—it is an execution-heavy, high-impact position requiring both strategic thinking and the ability to deliver results. You will work closely with the CEO to drive business-critical projects, investor relations, branding efforts, and operational improvements, while also handling select initiatives for the CEO’s family office and personal ventures.
Success in this role requires exceptional organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to turn ideas into action quickly.
Key Responsibilities
•Project Execution: Take ownership of critical initiatives from conception to completion—whether it’s preparing investor decks, launching branding efforts, or managing internal operational improvements.
•CEO & Family Office Support: Execute high-level strategic and personal projects for the CEO, including private investments, philanthropic ventures, and business initiatives outside the core company.
•Cross-Team Coordination: Work across departments to ensure alignment, clear roadblocks, and drive projects forward.
•Communication & Representation: Act as an extension of the CEO, crafting high-quality communications and managing key stakeholder relationships.
•Strategy & Operations: Structure complex projects, create execution plans, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
•Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges, develop solutions, and maintain momentum on multiple projects simultaneously.
What You Bring
•Mandatory startup experience—you’ve worked in a fast-paced startup and understand the need for agility and execution.
•5+ years of experience in project management, operations, executive support, or a related field.
•A doer mindset—you don’t just strategise; you execute and make things happen.
•Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively.
•High adaptability—able to pivot quickly as business needs change.
•Experience working with senior executives or founders in a high-growth environment.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•A proactive and resourceful approach—you solve problems before they arise.
