About the role
As a member of the NFUM Group Change leadership team, youll be helping to shape and drive the future of change at NFU Mutual. As well as the vital role youll play in developing and embedding our new Enterprise change strategy and business plans, youll grow and lead a team of change management experts, embedding change management activities for a wide-ranging and evolving portfolio of complex, high-value projects and programmes.
