Lead and grow an incredible team at one of the UK's most iconic attractions Your Key Responsibilities: Drive Retail Sales Success: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue across all retail catering outlets, including the restaurant and seasonal pop-ups. Financial Leadership: Take full ownership of retail profitability, labour budgets, and food waste management, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining top-quality service. ✔️ Retail Excellence: Deliver a first-class retail experience for our guests, focusing on efficiency, presentation, and customer satisfaction. ✔️ Health & Safety Excellence: Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture key partnerships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Inspire and Lead: Oversee two team leaders, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and other department leaders to deliver a world-class retail experience for our guests. What We're Looking For: ✅ Retail Experience: Proven experience in managing retail catering operations, ensuring excellent standards and sales success. ✅ Leadership: 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a multisite operation or within a £3M turnover business. ✅ Commercial Savvy: A strong understanding of retail sales strategies and financial controls. ✅ Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
