MIS are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager to manage the marketing for the MIS Group which is made up of the following companies: MIS Computer Services, MIS Active Management Systems, Incline-IT, MIS Emergency Systems, MIS Active Finance and MIRCA Properties. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing to meet the company's changing needs. Objectives of this role Increase lead generation and brand awareness. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing activities from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyse customer insights and market analysis. Create, maintain, and report on multiple digital platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities Clearly communicate with different departments about marketing activity to ensure there is awareness internally. This includes a monthly internal staff communications email with updates from each business. Collaborate closely with the directors to ensure effective marketing across the businesses. Conceptualise and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels. Create and manage customer feedback surveys using MS Forms and Survey Monkey. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material). Guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Manage and review competitor activity across all channels and report into the team. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, project manage and participate in events, and provide sales support including email marketing and monitoring our Yammer customer forum. Manage the social media platforms for each company (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) including creating and scheduling content in line with the different brands. Order branded uniform for new staff members to assist with the onboarding process. Order merchandise for the exhibition stand and discuss and work with the team to develop tailored marketing plans for events. Manage and maintain the websites for all MIS Group companies using WordPress and create a strategy for website development including continuous SEO research. Plan, develop, execute, and manage effective campaigns including creation of customer case studies. Understand our key products and their offerings, assist with marketing plans for new products and customer profiles and unique selling points and be able to clearly articulate to our audiences. Update and manage the in-house systems. Work with the internal Inclusion Team to increase employee engagement across the MIS Group. Write strong and compelling content and have a good eye for detail when proofreading collateral for both internal and external communications. This includes blogs, editorial and news articles. Work with the Directors and Managers to execute the marketing requirements of the business. Plan and work with MD to execute the user conference and coordinate various conferences. Required skills and qualifications: Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Experience of driving growth. Experience working with magazines. Preferred skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy. Housing / NHS / Cloud / Technology understanding ideal Ability to work with technical content. Organised and agile, to work across several business areas/teams. Experience using Adobe software or Canva.
