Recruitment Consultant / Manager (New Division)
MJ Health Ltd are currently recruiting a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Head of Division.
MJ Health Ltd currently has two divisions: Healthcare (Permanent Recruitment of Nurses and Care Assistants UK wide) and Veterinary (Permanent and Contract / Locum Recruitment of Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses UK wide). We are now looking for an experienced consultant to come in and head up/set up a new division of your choice.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an established Recruitment Consultant to lead a new division with the full financial backing and support of the Directors and team at MJ Health. You will have ownership over how your division is run and access to all the tools that you require.
What will be expected of you:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Telephone-based work
* Ability to communicate effectively, sourcing new clients and veterinary professionals on behalf of our clients
* Good sales and negotiation skills
* Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, but the role is very much targeted, so additional input over the weekends and evenings may be needed

* Working from home (a couple of office days based in Torquay or Exeter each month may be required)

* Commission structure as below (uncapped):
- 10% commission on all billings up to £10k.
- 15% commission on all billings above £10k.
- Extra commission on contract / locum / temp bookings.
- You will also receive commission on your team's billings as you grow the team.
- Additional bonuses on top of the above structure including quarterly bonus and end-of-year bonuses.
